juz to be there...

I've juz finished watching another episode of "Grey's Anatomy"....
it was a sad one... everyone's got problems in their lives...
some ppl choose to keep it to themselves...
some ppl choose to open up...
let ppl know... and help them to go thru the hard times...
sumtimes it hurts to let others know that u r juz not as strong as thought...
it hurts to let them know... that u can be weak...
and there's time when u need to stop acting like the strongest person,
when all u wanna do is juz lean on sumone else...

There's a scene that i like most from this episode...
where finally Christina open up to Marideth... and told her wot's happened...
and wot Marideth did?? she didnt say anything...
she juz hug Christina... and be there for her...
sumtimes, a gesture is more than a thousand words...
sumtimes, u dont have to say anything to make sumone feel better...
juz be there... it's enuf...
